Healthy Lunch/Snack Time!
Families we need your help! Please take a look at this healthy snack/lunch list of suggestions to help your child SOAR throughout the day!
Snack List Suggestions:
- Fruit
- Veggies
- Yogurt
- Trailmix (Ask your child's teacher about nut allergies)
- Crackers
- Pretzels
- Apple Sauce
- Fruit Cups
- String Cheese
- Popcorn
- Fruit Snacks
- Garnola/Cereal Bars (Ask your child's teacher about nut allergies)
*No big bags of chips
Lunchbox Examples:
